If an IICRC certified professional upholstery cleaning company approved by IntegraTect is unable to remove a spot or stain from an item treated with our product, we promise a full refund of the application cost for the treated item.

Our protectant adheres to all types of fabrics and fibers, both natural and synthetic, without altering their color or texture. A single application guarantees protection for the lifetime of the fabric.

Additionally, IntegraTect provides sun fade and UV damage resistance for many fabrics, especially silk. Our proprietary protectant is non-toxic, non-allergenic, and safe for people, pets, and plants. Please note, fabrics such as silk, linen, or those containing viscose require special care. These "S" coded fabrics require solvent-based cleaners; cleaning them with water will result in ring stains.

While our product is effective against common household stains, it does not prevent or repair damage caused by chemical reactions. These reactions involve the burning or color alteration of fabric or rug fibers, and can occur regardless of our protection. Examples of these reactions include, but are not limited to, the effects of water on viscose, or the urine of an older dog with a high PH level. These reactions are not stains, and as such, our guarantee is strictly applicable to stain removal.
